Who?
In 1989…
…a STAR was born. Her name was Taylor Swift.
Approximately 3 months earlier, I was born, several hundred miles away.
And 22 years after that, I moved to Los Angeles to begin my screenwriting career.
My screenplays have been finalists in a few competitions (legit ones like ScreenCraft and PAGE). The Black List liked one of my features and promoted it as one of their reader-recommended screenplays of the week.
Before that, I was busy getting more entertainment assistant experience than you care to read about, so moving on…
Loyola Marymount University! I got my Masters in Screenwriting (Class of Covid 2020).
While at LMU, I got my first unscripted development deal with Grandma’s House Entertainment (for my project “God Squad” - ask me about it!).
Rewind through lots of mental anguish and networking and spiritual development…
I was first a development intern and assistant at a few prodcos including MOSAIC, Mpower Pictures (where I developed a screenplay that the producers optioned due to my coverage) and Gettin’ Rad Productions (Adam Scott & his wife Naomi Scott).
Name-dropping complete!
I’m a genre nut with a penchant for low-brow humor mixed with thrilling, high-octane horror. My stories explore themes of characters finding their identities through spiritual awakenings.
